I wish your staff could accommodate unusual requests.
I arrived to the store at 17:08 on Sunday 15th December. The door was shut however I could see clients inside. I called the store to ask whether I can purchase shoes without trying them on as I travelled from the other side of London. (I have been informed by the store assistants at Oxford Circus that Hampstead branch has the only pair left in my size).
The Lady on the phone asked me to come back the next day at 10am. Without even trying to accommodate my request. Unfortunately, I work and will not be able to return.
Great Christmas Spirit and also loss to the shop…

Excellent and exquisite example of how a store should be managed. Mohammed (Mo) was nothing short of courteous, professional and exceeded all expectations of a store manager. I really cannot praise him and his store enough. I was looking for an item that was out of stock at nearly every KG London store worldwide and Mo moved heaven and earth to find it for me, although his store did not have it in stock! I have been a Kurt Geiger customer for as long as I can remember but this customer service has stood out and I will be buying from them and them only in the future. (I am ‘up North’ in Cheshire so that says a lot) Thank you Mo and your team.

Rabia at KG helped me massively, both on the phone and in store. She was happy and patient enough to go through most of the stock looking for shoes to go with my dress. Will definitely be re-visiting this store as the customer service was out of this world compared to todays measurements.

Emailed Kurt Geiger as they have failed to process my refund that was issued in store on the 12th of July and the customer service team told me I should contact the store regarding this. Store has no idea what’s going on. I have a receipt (thank fully) that says my refund was processed but no one from the KG team wants to look into this or take responsibility. The customer service team says contact the store and the store says contact customer service. What do I do?! Ridiculous

Love their shoes and there was a great sale when I went. The staff are are bit stand-offish but when I asked for help with sizes they were fine after that.

TERRIBLE service- very rude and slow. Would not let customers try on shoes without supervision.
TERRIBLE selection of sizes- have lots of shoes on display which they only have in one size.
