- 🍔 Ordered Zinger tower box meal, but burger was missing cheese and hash brown
- 🥤 Drinks came without ice, had to request for it
- 🍟 Food lacked cleanliness, but had the same old KFC taste
- 🍗 Chicken wings were greasy and salty, ended up throwing away half of it
- 🛒 Ordered a colonel meal for 1 with extra chips, got 4 strips instead and couldn’t reach staff on the phone
- 🍗 Chicken was bland and chip portion was tiny and hard to eat, only good thing was the crunch of chicken batter
- ❌ Cashier was too busy on the phone to take order properly
- ❌ No vegan options available except fries cooked in same oil as non-vegan items
