About Kew Palace
- 👑 Kew Palace used to be fabulous, but some changes have been made. Children now have to pay, and access to the Palace kitchens requires a tour (which costs more).
- 👪 The speakers telling stories about George and Charlotte are no longer there, but there are friendly staff members who will guide you and share interesting tidbits.
- 🌿 The gardens didn’t seem as good as before, but the greenhouses are fabulous and definitely worth seeing.
- 😮 Walking inside the palace can give you goosebumps and make you feel sad. The building is well-preserved with parts of the walls uncovered for visitors to see how insulation was made hundreds of years ago.
- 🌸 There is a beautiful garden outside that is definitely worth visiting.
- 🚋 Taking the tram at Kew Palace is totally worth it, especially in hot weather. It allows you to ride on and off all day, making for a great day out.
- 💖 Lovely costumed guides add an extra delight to your visit at Kew Palace.
- 🏰 This historical palace holds UNESCO World Heritage status. The preserved kitchen that served Royal households 200 years ago adds an authentic touch.
