• 👍 “awful service! I went there on 5/12/22 to drop the parcel with Yodel. The person who was there on that day was quite busy flirting outside with some ladies and I supposed that’s why when I finally was served, I ended up losing my parcel later (lack of concentration from shop assistant, I believe). My parcel was never passed to Yodel for further transportation, and possibly lost/stolen.”
• 😃 “It was a friendly environment, not like your regular off licence. You can find all your basic needs at Kay’s off licence. I had received the best customer service as the man had helped me find all the products I was looking for. Definitely recommend and I’ll be using their collection service again in the future!”
• ❓ “I used to use the Pay Point facility for returning Amazon parcels. Booked the return this afternoon for this off licence. We turned up with the item and QR code in hand, and the guy working there (roughly 19:30) said that they can’t accept the returning parcels as their machine hasn’t been set up yet and this has been this case since the start of New Year.
