- 🙂 Every time I go into this JD Sports branch, I leave feeling disappointed with the customer service. Some of the girls have a serious attitude problem that needs to be addressed. One girl just stared at me while I was browsing through clothes and when I asked to try something on, they refused to open the changing room. However, the guy in the shoes department was pleasant and welcoming.
- 😕 Unfortunately, today’s service was very dissatisfying. Despite being a regular customer of this branch, I couldn’t try on items because the fitting room was unavailable due to boxes or apparently being too busy. I believe it’s a big mistake by management to close off such an essential service that customers need.
- 👍 On a positive note, Jamey provided excellent service and resolved an issue for me. Thank you for going above and beyond!
- 👌 The staff were very helpful when I chose click and collect option for my order. They even fetched it before the scheduled collection time, saving me an extra trip later on.
- 😔 Regrettably, my overall experience with customer service at this JD Sports branch has not been good.
