- 🌟 Ordered two teak sunloungers and received them in under two weeks. The person I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful, providing an approximate delivery time. Also got a free coffee table with the order!
- 🌟 We purchased 2 chairs and a bench for our garden from JATI. The furniture is lovely, but unfortunately, we noticed some awful stains appearing on all three pieces after a while. JATI informed us that this is a natural function of the wood used, which was disappointing.
- 😐 Although JATI suggested sanding as a solution for the stains, it did not work in removing them. We have never seen such stains on teak furniture before and find it totally unacceptable.
- ✨ JATI reached out to us regarding the unpleasant stains, assuring that they would fade within a few weeks. However, it has been months, and there hasn’t been any improvement.
- 💔 Despite trying sanding multiple times to get rid of the stains on our furniture from JATI, they still remain as bad as ever. It feels disheartening to have invested so much money in these products only to be disappointed.
