Stolen items weird staff
This company have stolen / lost my belongings and refuse to look into it any more. As they know my entire flat had flooded and mother passed away, my mothers belongings were in the boxes that they have lost/stolen. I have been offered only £150 compensation when the amount of the items amounts to way way more than this both financially and sentimentally. The driver also decided to start drinking beers in my home and did not take an inventory before leaving. He asked my sister for her mobile number so that he could send a form but instead used the number to suggest they could go for a drink – she is 18 years old, he looks 30+
