🍽 Itsu – Notting Hill Gate: Mixed Reviews and Diverging Perspectives
– Cute spot for lunch out with friends, plenty of seating, not too crowded, timely service, and decently priced food. However, the food lacked flavor and seasoning, specifically mentioning the 374 Veggie Gyoza Crystal Noodles.
– Beautiful place for very affordable sushi, great atmosphere, and helpful staff. A positive experience overall.
– Great atmosphere and amazing service, especially from Sensei Grazyna. Perfect spot to relax in Notting Hill.
– Some disappointment with the dine-in experience: the upstairs sitting area was closed during one visit, and during another visit, the restaurant was packed with people waiting for a discount, making it feel uncomfortable to stay.
– Best lunch ever with excellent service, particularly from Grazyna. Highly recommended, especially the sushi festival. Affordable prices and kind staff.
– Excellent service, but disappointed to find out it was card-only payment. Another customer kindly paid for their meal and they promised to pass on the kindness. The Spicy Korean chicken rice meal was a bit too spicy, but filling with greens inside. Disabled access and unisex toilet available.
