• 👍 Got my kitchen from Howdens Canning Town, and the designer was professional, attentive, and listened to our needs.
• 👍 The team at this branch is friendly and easy to deal with.
• 👍 The furniture looks nice and is of good quality.
• 🤔 A few things went wrong during the process.
• 😕 The price initially exceeded our budget, but the consultant provided a revised invoice with a more affordable price which we accepted happily.
• 😕 We were informed that we would receive a flatpack version of the kitchen, so we wouldn’t need to hire a builder for assembly. However, additional cutting was required despite being told otherwise by the consultant.
• 😕 The delivery only included two flatpack cabinets but also included long boards and heavy plynth that needed to be cut and carried upstairs by ourselves. This contradicted our expectations based on the flatpack version.
• 😔 It seems like there was poor communication from Howdens as they did not respond to messages inquiring about these issues.
