- 🛍️ Amazing prices from quality products. You can find all the famous brands here from clothing to fragrances.
- ✨ Very tidy considering plenty of winter Sales. Big with a lot of product choices. Nice service at the till. Music inside not too loud, creating a fine shopping atmosphere but not overwhelming.
- 🤷♀️ Mixed opinions on refunds: one customer claims House of Fraser is dodgy and doesn’t give refunds for money back, only providing credit notes which may be invalid online even after waiting for 24 hours. On the other hand, another review mentions receiving a refund successfully but expresses surprise at having to pay £4.99 for returning a product.
