About Hotel Oliver
- 🏨 Hotel Oliver has extremely helpful staff and a good location, only 5 minutes from Earl’s Court underground and with a bus stop right outside.
- 🛌 However, light sleepers should be aware that the traffic noise can be loud, despite the double glazing.
- 🛋 The furnishings at the hotel are a bit dated, and some guests found the bed to be small and hard, leaving little room to move around in the double rooms.
- 🚽 The biggest issue for one guest was the bathroom layout, with old pipes causing the toilet to be near enough in the center of the bathroom. The shower was problematic as well since it went from freezing to scolding with just a slight touch of the taps. The water flow was also not very strong.
- 🍳 Breakfast at Hotel Oliver is basic and does not include a hot option. It consisted of cereal, toast, apples, boiled eggs, tea, coffee, and juice. Some guests felt that for what they paid (£15 each), there should have been more variety or warm options available.
