- 🌶️ Ordered through Uber and asked for no spicy, but food came extremely spicy – not even mildly, it was unbearably spicy. Customer felt disappointed and highlighted the importance of listening to customer’s health requirements.
- 👎 Curry was tasteless and disappointing for one customer, but they gave 1 star instead of zero because pappadums were free.
- 🌱 Customer who is trying to be a raw vegan found this place nice with quality food and original portion sizes. Enjoyed tikk curry, rice, chicken biryani, poppadoms, and shell-shaped somsas.
- ❌ Terrible experience for someone who ordered delivery from the Balham’s branch. Food arrived 45 minutes late with items missing. They also received meat curry instead of vegetarian dishes as requested. Poor customer service as promises were made about refunds but no response received even after multiple calls.
- 🍽️ Portion sizes have decreased recently – about two-thirds of what they used to be. Even the naan bread size has been reduced.
