- 👍 First impression: Good, quick and easy check-in process. Room was spacious with a well-appointed bathroom. Single beds were comfortable.
- 👎 Room facing the main road had traffic noise all night and slight draft from windows.
- 🍽 Limited choice for evening meal, but pub next door provided excellent value and quality.
- 🥐 Breakfast not up to the standard of brand’s usual choices.
- 📍 Perfect location for specific needs, but far from central London for sightseeing purposes.
- 😃 Enjoyable stay overall: Clean and spacious room, friendly and attentive staff. Great breakfast with lots of choices.
- 🚇 Brilliant location close to tube and bus links, as well as restaurants, shops, and bars.
- 💼 Late checkout offered as a rewards customer, along with luggage storage on the day of checkout.
- ❄ Difficult to understand air conditioning in room, often too cold with no clear instructions or way to adjust temperature. Limited space for hanging clothes or storing belongings.
- 🛁 Preferred actual toiletries instead of wall-mounted soap dispenser in ballroom wall and shower.
