👍 Great cheap eats before a show at the Apollo, with mains and sides under £20 per person and cheaper drinks than nearby pubs.
👍 Very casual cafe decor with helpful service, and food made to order but arrived quickly.
👍 Authentic Taiwanese chicken chop and pancake, but steam rice was too dry. Beef in noodle soup was dry and chewy, and soup was mild in taste.
👍 Nice vibes inside with a small grocery section selling Chinese & Asian instant noodles and sauces.
👍 Highly recommend the beef noodle soup with ribbon noodles, and popcorn chicken bento (although it needed some fried Thai basil).
👍 Affordable prices compared to most East Asian restaurants in Greater London, with authentic dishes like stewed pork with rice and Taiwan sausage.
👍 Bubble tea is cheap and tasty, and staff is friendly and helpful.
👎 Some foods are average, but weekday set menu is a bargain.
👎 Limited portions for orders over £40, and not up to standard for someone who lived in Taiwan.
