Good(ish) flat white coffee. Assistant who served was very nice and polite. However two negatives a) no WIFI b) on the day I visited limited pastries, and those that were present were exceptionally large (so this could be a positive on your point of view).
Great location and nice bar stool seating.

Delicious sourdough which had a beautiful flavour. I had a passion fruit smoothie and a focaccia sandwich with roast vegetables and mozzarella from the brunch menu which was great. Lovely place to sit in. Would highly recommend.

A lovely interior and staff but food is just not good at all. Pasties are ok, but anything cooked is very overpriced and swims in oil. Portions are very small, and food arrives cold. For a quick coffee with no food, and nice atmosphere only.

Such a brilliant experience at Heath Street Bakehouse! I visited with my mother on a late afternoon and were pleased to find that they were still serving food. We both ordered the roasted pepper on sourdough however, what was such a special touch was that the Baker came over and asked if we would like to swap sourdough for foccacia as it was his first day baking it. I opted for foccacia and it was absolutely delicious. When we were leaving, we had a chat with the lovely Baker who told us all about the Bakehouse and how they were starting to rebuild the business after Covid and using fab ingredients ie. Shipton Mill flour. He also gave us some complimentary sourdough as it was so late in the day, which was incredible! Cannot recommend this place enough, wonderful customer service, brilliant food and a great ethos. I will definitely be returning!

Oktober 16, 2022. Went there with my Family. Had two expenses, which they double charged for on my debit card on both purchases. I have called them and emailed them to reimburse me for my double expenses on both purchases! No response at all. untrustworthy cheaters.

The avocado with egg on toast tastes really nice with a very generous amount of avocado (which is a rare thing) but a little on the pricey side at £6.80. The coffee latte was also nice and cost £2.90.
They’ve tried to implement the covid-19 safety measures inside the shop as best as they could. I counted 15 seated customers while I was there and people coming in and getting takeaway.
Overall I’d recommend Heath street bakehouse if you’re in the area.

Tasty bread but staff really don’t know what they’re selling…asked three times if a loaf was wholemeal (couldn’t tell from the outside) and ended up with a completely white loaf…

Picked up some almond croissants for breakfast today (takeaway) and they were stale 🙁 very disappointing!
Update: I emailed them a week ago to rectify the issue. No response. Very bad. Avoid!!
