- 💇 Laser hair removal initially seems to work but fine hairs become worse over time due to their machines stimulating growth. Working with other spas using the Candella machine has brought better results in managing these problems.
- 💼 Senior customer service and management is diabolical according to some reviews on Glassdoor.
