I have found the service and support from Jonathan Goldwyn to be excellent, not least as an overseas buyer. There have been issues to resolve as well as timing delays – through all of this, Jonathan has always remained available and looking to appropriately and pragmatically work through solutions in a balanced manner. I have been with Hamptons as a landlord for many years now and could not recommend them enough. Whether it be at a difficult time (e.g. economic downturn or COVID) or at a better time, the service and advice I’ve received have always been helpful and much appreciated.
I’ve recently worked with Aaliyah Joumana in the lettings team, who was beyond fast in finding me a new tenant when my last one had to unexpectedly leave a tenancy situation due to personal circumstances. And Holly Keeney in the management team is the best property manager I’ve ever worked with. Always quick to reply, with great communication when works need to be dealt with and someone I know will give genuine and honest answers to my questions. They have made what could have been a tricky experience into an incredibly smooth and easy one. Thank you!

Josh Allen was fabulous. He asked our requirements and organised a couple of viewings. One of these would have worked but wasn’t perfect. It would have been so easy for Josh to have thought he’d done enough, even though he knew the place wasn’t a 100% fit for us. Then he told us about another place that might be a possible, given some negotiation. He spoke to the owner, she was in favour of moving ahead and we ended up getting the PERFECT place for our stay. Estate agents sometimes get a bad reputation, but I would definitely work with Josh again, no hesitation. Oh and if ever he moves from Hampton’s I’d like to know so we can take our business to him again.

Very pleased with the highly professional service we received from Hamptons. As first-time buyers uninitiated in the process, it was a pleasure to deal with Jonathan who was proactive and conscientious at every step; he really helped to motor things along from start to finish, keeping the process as swift and stress-free as possible. We bought two flats from Hamptons and were impressed by the professionalism, attention to detail and speed, combined with a very personal approach. Towards the end of the process we had the impression that we would buy from a friend. The advice which we received was honest, balanced (including “critical remarks”) and hence very valuable.
