This year, the Hampstead 4 Heart walk/run is back and in the heart of the Hampstead Community!
Hampstead 4 Heart is a long-standing event that has been a regular fixture in the community for over 20 years, run by Westminster Fundraising Group in support of British Heart Foundation.
We’d love for you to join us for a day of family-fun at Hampstead Heath on 21st May, to take part in a 3-mile circular course! The event is accessible for all ages and abilities, and there’s no pressure to complete the whole course – you can go at your own pace at all times. There are no set start times and participants are encouraged to set off whenever they like (between 9am-1pm), meaning you can run, walk, hop, jump or skip round the 3-mile circular route. To make it even better, there is no fee for taking part!
Children, dogs and the whole family are welcome to come along to participate in this family day or cheer their loved ones along. All participants will receive a BHF branded medal to thank them for participating.
You can join us on the day by registering via Eventbrite, but there will be the chance to register on the day too.
There is no entry fee for this event, however we do ask that everyone who takes part sets up a Just Giving page to raise sponsorship money or donates to British Heart Foundation through this Just Giving page.
