- 👎 Despite difficulties in getting referrals due to NHS situation, the Clinic has always been reliable for over five years.
- 🤩 The GPs at Gordon House Surgery are fantastic, but the reception staff need reform as they are slow, rude, and unhelpful.
- 😔 Overall experience has been poor with difficulty in contacting the surgery both online and over the phone for appointments. Online appointments are never available to book.
