I’ve had the pleasure of letting a flat from G&H Hampstead for the last two years and it’s been the best agency experience I’ve had in London. The team is responsive, helpful and most importantly friendly with any and all queries.
I would like to say a special thank you to Holly who helped me find the flat and was fantastic throughout my tenancy there, Jodie in the office admin team who has been immensely supportive throughout and now after, as well as everyone else I’ve spoken to during the years.
I highly recommend renting with G&H and would do so myself in the future without hesitation.

Recently re-let my apartment as I have done over many years and always used G&H. Adam and Elliot were amazing at finding a fantastic tenant on short notice. A mention also for Carly who processed substantial admin in a very short period of time so the tenant could move in quickly. Thanks as always

I had the worst experience with Goldschmidt as a renter, especially with the agent Eliot. The flat that they made us visit was in order and we paid a deposit and signed papers for rental. This was a big move for us as we moved from abroad. On the day of our move to London, the agent called me to explain that the tenants were refusing to move and that Goldschmidt and the landlord were cancelling the contract.
No effort to back us up or to help us what so ever. This was a very stressful time for us in part because Goldschmidt was unable to honor the contract and to help in any way and because we were left without a place to stay. Thanks again Goldschmidt. Awful experience. Stay away.

My superb flat in NW3 was to be sold. Superb flat refer to location in NW3, nearness to public transport, popular and quiet street, location in the building and layout of the rooms.
Louisa Blundell, Senior Sales Negotiator with Goldschmidt & Howland, recognised this amazing space and understood what a wonderful home the flat had been for 27 years. In addition, that internal modernisation was needed for the flat facilities to become superb.
Louisa produced a Valuation Letter which reflected the situation. Redecoration was done by a contractor recommended by Louisa. Sales brochure was properly made and potential buyers, already in their data base, were first given the opportunity to view. The flat was sold some weeks thereafter to one of those persons for a price most acceptable for both buyer and me as seller.
The selling of a flat can be daunting at the best of times, but Louisa made it as smooth and stress-free as possible, by sorting out all potential and real problems amicable and in time. If I had another flat Louisa would be selling that one as well.
However, I do not have such an asset.
I can therefore only wholeheartedly recommend to anybody, who wish to sell a property, to let Louisa do it.

G&H recently sold my 3 bed flat in Lindfield Gardens. Louisa and the team stuck at the task with enthusiasm and gave solid advice.
I awarded them with an exclusive mandate to sell the house which turned out to be a good idea. They worked hard to achieve an offer at the level I wanted and then followed the sale process through to completion very closely fixing problems as and when they occurred. I have bought and sold around 20 properties and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have recently relocated to a home in Hampstead. I had an issue with leftover rubbish from the last tenants. I went into the Hampstead office and was immediately greeted by Jodie Robinson, who then proceeded to help me with my issue just as quickly. Jodie checked up with me several times and even went out of her to check if the rubbish was removed in a timely manner. I really felt like Jodie cared about resolving the problem and went the extra steps to help me! I was very impressed with Jodie’s attentiveness and the level of customer service she provided. She really went above and beyond, in my opinion!

Having worked with few estate agents, I appreciated the honesty, personal relationship, responsiveness and responsibility Daniel and the team demonstrated. They helped me identify properties that met my preferences and then land a great property I had put an offer for. Would definitely trust them and work with them again.
