I had hair cut as well as manicure and waxing. Most of my experience with them has been good. Only I had isolated negative experience. From the moment you step in, you feel so relaxed the smell, decore and furniture. That s why it is more expensive. Wrong chair and sink in small space can restrict very big arteries in neck and cause stroke. Here they have proper sink and chair which lift the feet up so less pressure on neck. They are well traind to wash your hair in short time whithout rushing you. Their Aveda oil for dry hair, leave your hair moist without making it greasy. I love all their products. I used to go there before pandemic.
Whoever put Aveda salon together from furniture to color to decor to products they use must have been god given talent. The attention to detail s to customers safety. I am amazed by all of that. I have used different hair salon with different price, Aveda by far is the best.
The only down side is once I had my hair washed with someone under qualified. My nail was cut with someone who did not know what she was doing. She cut my nail so badly that I was in a pain for few days. I have lovely nail and I do not need manicure any more. There was overweight lady on the reception area that she was filled with so much intense anger that she could kill somebody.
Bad experience would cause customers to go somewhere else even if it was isolated.
Next time I want to do manicure or hair cut, I would choose a friend over salon. The pandemic has made us to be wiser with our money.
Having said all of this I wish them all the best. They are perfect if you know your hair stylist or beauty therapist.
