🔑 Franchi always provides good service according to one review. James, an employee of Franchi, did a fantastic job installing a new night latch even though it took longer than expected due to a security bar in the doorframe.
🔑 Another customer brought an old rusty cupboard lock with no key to Franchi Locksmiths hoping it could be made workable. Michael was able to make it work perfectly and provided efficient, professional, and friendly service at a reasonable price.
🔑 The same customer also had keys sent from America that didn’t work with an insured lock. However, Michael lightly filed the rough edges and successfully made them work. This highlights Michael’s problem-solving skills and craftsmanship as representative of the best of Franchi.
🔓 On separate occasions, Franchi’s bookable locksmith was used for two problematic church locks as well as an incorrectly installed biometric lock operated by fingerprint only. In both cases, the service was professional and reliable.
✨ Despite some previous issues experienced by another reviewer with Franchi, they were pleased to have General Manager Tony contact them personally.
