- 👍 The amenities were nice and the apartment was clean.
- 👍 The rates for the 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom apartments were similar.
- 😕 In the 1 bedroom apartment, the central heating was not working, there was no soap in the bathroom dispenser, and the window curtains were worn out.
- 😡 Despite complaining to Mr. Kumar, the caretaker, nothing was done to repair the heating system. Miss Dinusha Jayasuriya did not respond to feedback provided.
- 😕 There seems to be a difference in treatment based on payment amount – nicer treatment if paying more money. Otherwise, they may have an indifferent attitude towards guests.
- 🥇 The first impression upon check-in for a month-long stay was excellent – exceptionally clean, modern and well-maintained dwelling. Kumar provided outstanding customer service during check-in.
