- 🏢 The Porchester Centre has friendly and professional staff, with excellent classrooms for activities.
- ⛔ However, the facilities are in need of urgent repairs, including a wasteful tap in the lady’s room and ceiling infiltrations causing mould.
- 👶 Some parents had a negative experience with swimming lessons for small children, specifically mentioning an unprofessional instructor named Anthony who teaches on Saturdays.
- ❌ Anthony does not get into the water during lessons for 3-5 year olds and spends time talking to strangers instead of supervising the children in the pool.
- 😡 When parents complained about his lack of attention and rudeness, he became even ruder and continued to neglect his duties.
- 😣 As a result, two girls started choking on water and were very distressed. The parents had to pull their children out before the lesson was finished.
