Avoid at all cost! Incompetent! Injury caused! Poor English! Poor hygiene!
I walked in at around 4pm on a weekday.They had no customers.All three Vietnamese workers were sitting around,playing with their mobile phones,an older woman in her 50s,a younger woman in her 20s, and a man in his 50s.Poor English.Poor tool hygieneThe two older people are likely the directors of the company,Van Anh Nguyen and Thanh Tu Vu.I asked how much a gel pedicure was, and the older woman said £35, and kept urging me to sit in one of their treatment chairs.The younger woman started working on my feet.She told me she was a student of business administration.She was very rough with my feet. She injured my foot,peeling off some skin with a pumice block, and making me bleed.I’m still in pain.The older woman took over,and seemed in a hurry to finish off my feet. One of the nails had a smudge.She then put the younger woman back on,and the younger woman hurt me again,this time with clippers, again causing me to bleed.Instead of forgoing the charge and offering compensation,the older woman even tried to charge me £52.I refused.She took £40 from me!
