- 🛋️ Small spa but effectively used space and nicely decorated
- 📚 Booking process with BA You First was seamless
- 💆 Treatment (BIOTEC Hands-on Facial) cleared skin wonderfully over next two days
- 🚿 Showers are dirty and uncomfortable, multiple hair found in shower rooms
- ✈️ Unable to book treatment even as emerald gold member on long-haul business flight due to availability issues, appointment times after departure
- ⏰ Conflicting information about appointment booking times, lady at reception gave incorrect information.
