Where to pay in Echo car park?

I parked in Echo car park on Saturday 13th/Jan about 12:45. I pressed the button on the black column button and was given a green light. The automatic gates opened and I managed – by reversing a number of times – to squeeze my car around the driveway bends and then squeeze into a parking bay. On return about 50 minutes later, I asked the concierge about retrieving my car. She told me to press the column button again for access. I did this, the gate lock was released and I drove my car out of the car park. I drove around in a circuit – twice – looking for somewhere to pay for my parking and could not find anywhere. Even hoping that I could get information at the barrier gates. Now it may be that you do not get charged for parking on a Saturday afternoon – I have no idea. But in my experience, parking in London always costs – albeit only a few pounds. I can’t make out the company’s address on Google Maps to write directly to them – as I was happy to pay and do not want a ticket. Let’s see if there CCTV cameras notice my black car driving around trying to find a pay point.
