• 🌟 Dunelm always has what customers want in stock, including amazing bamboo pillows and a variety of rugs. The home section has been improved, which is great to see.
• 🍰 The café inside Dunelm is pretty fabulous, with wonderful cakes. However, one customer mentioned that the tea bag was a bit weak and would prefer a stronger cuppa.
• 🏠 This store is loved for its wide range of homeware products, bedding, and house decorations. They have good selections and colors to match individual preferences. However, prices may be slightly higher compared to other stores.
• ⏳ One downside mentioned by a customer is the long payment queues. With only 2 or 3 people working at the tills, expect to wait at least 15 minutes for payments. Unfortunately, there are no self-checkout options available.
• 😡 On one visit last Tuesday, there were massive queues and only one till open. Some customers had negative experiences with staff members. One customer described an incident where an employee named Meggie was rude and picked an argument with another customer who wanted to leave a review. Other customers stepped in to support the innocent party but felt that Meggie didn’t care.
