- ⭐️ The staff member was amazingly helpful, providing extensive knowledge and information. They allowed customers to try out different mattresses to find the perfect fit.
- ⭐️ The Clapham north branch had a helpful and patient lady (possibly named Hanan) who went above and beyond in assisting with finding the ideal bed and mattress for a new home. There was no pressure or pushiness during the process.
- ⭐️ Jordan from Dreams Clapham provided excellent help in choosing a new mattress. They used a machine to determine customers’ body needs and offered various options to try. Beverages were offered without any sales pressure.
- ⭐️ Customers were able to take their time deciding on a mattress while being provided with water or hot drinks as desired during the shopping experience.
