- 👍 Excellent location for Excel, but construction next door can be disruptive
- 🎉 Quiet rooms despite airport and building works
- 💼 Staff mostly good, except for bar staff who lack knowledge of certain drinks (port)
- 🍳 Breakfast was good with plenty of space, but seating arrangements need improvement
- 💎 Beautiful hotel with easy access and wonderful customer service
- 🍨 Highly recommend the coconut ice cream and Sticky Toffee pudding from the restaurant
- 💁♂️ Reception staff, especially Irene, provide quick and professional service
- ❤️ Great staff overall – helpful, friendly, and informative at check-in
- 🛏️ Room was nice with a good view but bed slightly small and windows don’t open
- 🥐 Good breakfast selection except for limited vegetarian/vegan options.
