About Docklands Lodge
- 👍 Paid for a room on the 3rd floor, but was offered a basement room upon arrival. Had to pay extra for another hotel and took 2 months to get a refund.
- 👍 Stayed here as temporary accommodation and it saved their life after becoming homeless. Family-run business with friendly staff.
- 👍 Owners, manager, and receptionist made the guest feel welcome and went above and beyond to help them during a difficult time.
- 👍 Night staff were friendly, as were weekend staff including the owner’s son.
- 💔 Some entitled people made life difficult for the owners/staff.
- 🤝 Overall, it is an ideal place for guests or those seeking refuge during challenging times.
