- 😍 The studio flats are well-designed, fully-equipped, and surprisingly quiet. The storage space is generous, the bed is comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms are brand new.

- ☀️ Some residents found that their east-facing flats got flooded with light in the morning, making them hot from April onwards.
