About Craneford Way Playing Fields
- 🌳 Nice patch of green, usually quiet on weekends (uncertain about weekdays or rugby days)
- 👨👩👧👦 Kids love it because it’s usually empty and they don’t have to wait in line for toys
- 🏉 Excellent place for rugby league
- 💤 Fairly quiet park with a lovely big space
- 🌲 Grandchildren loved it, but need supervision on rolling logs (for the young ones)
- 💺 Bench seating available and bins provided for trash
- 🐶 Park also used by dog walkers through the gated area of swings/play area
- 😞 Negative experience with a crowd of teenagers playing loud music without social distancing (police had to intervene)
- ⚠️ Nothing special, just a field with trees and a small playground (minus points for summer ant swarms)
- ⛲️ Lovely playground with play equipment by Wicksteed; Knellar Gardens nearby has café and toilets.
