- 🌟 Some guests were not aware of the kitchen’s availability and would have found it useful to have more information about it in the room
- 🌟 Noise can be an issue, with doors banging and loud conversations late at night. One guest felt uncomfortable when someone tried the door handle.
- ⭐ The staff quickly responded to maintenance issues like a broken toilet and fixed them promptly. The two men who came were friendly and apologetic.
