- – The Costco in Croydon is very large and even bigger than the one in Thurrock, although the layout is slightly different.
- – Some customers mentioned a disconnect between the products advertised in the Connection magazine and what was actually available in-store during their visit.
- – However, staff members were very helpful both over the phone and in-store, assisting with any confusion regarding product availability or release dates.
- – One customer visited on a busy Friday evening and found that the queuing system was not great. There were three long queues running through the middle of the store, but if you knew about it, you could find shorter queues on the left side of the store.
- – The food service counter had a good selection of food considering it was around 8.30pm, but tables were full of used cups, plates, and old pizza boxes which made them uninviting to sit at. Additionally, rubbish bins were full except for one by the tyre shop.
- – Customers who cleared their own table faced another problem as there were no wipes or sprays to clean up afterwards and nearly empty napkin dispensers.
