- 👍 Despite not liking Costa in general, this reviewer found this particular branch to be okay.
- 🍫 The hot chocolate here was surprisingly really good.
- 💺 Seating is not bad, although it’s a little dirty.
- ☕ Baristas at this Costa seem experienced and make nice drinks.
- 😔 However, the service provided here is awful and they don’t know how to talk to customers in a polite way.
- ❤️ Another customer had a positive experience with lovely, friendly and polite staff at this branch.
- 🥪 They ordered a Wiltshire ham and cheese M&S toastie which was enjoyed along with a large mocha. Plenty of seating was available including disabled toilets.
- ✅ A customer appreciated that the staff checked for nuts in the cakes due to their son’s allergy without complaining. They also received two lemon tarts for free!
- ☀️ This branch stands out as it’s one of the few cafes in Crouch End with outside seating in the sun even during winter.
