- 👍 Friendly and funny lady who made the drink, had a nice conversation, and the drink was great.
- 👍 Bald chap provided lovely customer service, asked kids not to open crisps before paying, and the latte was excellent.
- 🤔 Received hot chocolate with no cream as they couldn’t make the cream pot work, no refund or apology given. Mixed views on how things were handled at this branch.
- 👍 Great location that someone loves and will definitely visit again for more coffee.
- 😫 Waited over 10 minutes for coffee because a tall ginger guy went on a break despite the system being down. Situation was tough but another staff member did their best to handle it well.
