They don't care about consumer law
Purchased a suitcase for a trip, they advised me to go for a more expensive one at £50 as they said it was better quality. The wheels seemed loose when we left for the airport ,when we retrieved from carousel one wheel was missing. When I returned the case, they refused a refund , exchange or repair.
