• 👍 The staff at Co-op Funeralcare, Hayes provided amazing service and care for a baby named Luka.
• 👍 They are doing an excellent job of taking care of a one-day-old baby boy.
• 😕 There were delays in the arrangements for someone’s brother’s ashes, partly due to COVID-19, which was seen as largely their fault. However, once the arrangements were made, coop took several months to take action.
• 😕 There was a mistake with the pricing when repatriating the brother’s ashes and they contacted the reviewer after three months asking for more money. This was seen as sheer incompetence.
• 😞 A funeral director did not make proper preparations for someone’s mum’s funeral. They got lost on their way to the house and church. As a result, they were late for church and didn’t have time to speak with anyone or distribute most of the Order of Services booklets.
• 😞 The reviewer also mentioned that they were told there was no need to worry about a grave marker, but it turns out there is none.
