She communicated professionally, effectively and quickly, going above and beyond in answering our queries and making sure our needs were met. There were no problems at all over the course of our tenancy, not in the least thanks to the clarity of Rachel’s communication on what we could expect. Highly recommend this estate agent.
Worked with Bradley to find an apartment for my client and he was great. Within 48 hours of giving him a spec we had 6 viewings and found the dream apartment.
Before i called Chesterton i had spoke to 4 other estate agents and they just werent productive, also when i did get emails on properties they clearly hadnt read my spec.

I popped into Chestertons to enquire about finding a rental flat. I was introduced to estate agent Roni Bathaei who immediately demonstrated that she was keen to help. Roni is very professional, enthusiastic and understood what the remit was. She arranged for a couple of viewings later that day. Although I found a rental flat through another agent, I would be very happy to have Roni assist me again and I rate her serviced mindedness very highly.

I have been using Chesterton’s for many many years. Initially i tried co sharing with Foxtons (never again) which was a terrible experience on its own. I cut them out immediately and stuck with Chestertons.
The experience has been amazing, in all aspects of the rental period. Pre rentala nd during and post rental. They stay communicative with you even when your flat is rented, send out reminders to help, and generally keep you updates in the whole process before, duting and after.
Gamze Sari is my contact in Chestertons. She goes above and beyond her job description. She is there to do all documents and let you know how viewings are going, she sents reminders out all throughout the year, she helps when i am not there to do stuff myself and any document yoy may need she sends it the same day. She is a gem for Chestertons, polite, curteous and knows her stuff and excellent in her job.
And that is why i never looked further than Chestertons so many years, it has become more of a family relationship than a business relationship.

My wife and I want to write about our excellent experience working with Bradley Jenkins.
Bradley started to look for a lease property for us approximately 2-3 weeks ago.
Not an easy task as we needed to include two ancient cats, a break clause as we are looking to buy in the next while, preferably furnished (tastefully) in a nice area, available May ….. and we were both in Canada with two different time zones!
It was through Bradley’s incredible perseverance, his intelligence and great personable style he landed us the absolute perfect place!!!
