Lovely shop. I went there on Sunday 21st August with my husband to buy some charcoal, paper, paint and to enquire about easels. The two shop assistants who handled my queries were very friendly and helpful, and very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the materials and products. It was a lovely shopping experience and I bought exactly what I needed. Thank you so much Cass Art Hampstead!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Didn’t have everything I needed in store, but online you can get everything. Well stocked, clean and definitely a go to for art lovers.

By no means definitive or all-embracing but nonetheless impressive considering the suburban setting.
Staff seem product conversant, motivated and friendly.
Prices mostly industry standard. Recommended.

Edit: Thanks for the response, double checked my receipt and it looks like the sale items were discounted properly at the counter, the old price stickers were still on which is why I thought they weren’t the same price as the website. There were just a few things that did not have prices on them or the price were hard to find with the prices being on the wall (brushes and individual paint tubes).

Very cool shop. Got a great variety of supplies ranging from paints,canvases markers and sprays. Its a go to i you need any supplies for art. Staff is super friendly aswell, just truing to help you find the stuff you need.

Such helpful staff ! We had to buy 6 big canvasses very near to closing time and the two ladies and gentleman working today were incredibly proactive helping us choose the best products. We will definitely be back due to the excellent service 🙂 thanks guys.
