- 👍 Linda provided amazing service and was very helpful.
- 🤝 If more people like Linda existed, the world would have peace, with no wars, starvation, or hate.
- ➕ Linda deserves to be in senior management and should be promoted to replicate her excellent qualities.
- 👎 The branch has extremely poor customer service and the staff is not trained for digital applications verification.
- ⚠️ Excuses were given on two occasions as to why the verification process could not be completed.
- 😡 The staff member was rude, impatient, and did not know how to operate the tablet properly.
- 😱 An old man behind the counter was seen damaging a customer’s parcel in front of them within 29 seconds of handling it.
- 💔 The customer’s parcel was destroyed with no apology from the post office staff who didn’t care about customer service.
- ✉️ The customer will now only use DHL instead due to this awful experience with Canning Town Post Office.
