- 👎 Disgusting service! Receptionist promised call back but never received one.
- 😡 Rude receptionist spoke to me rudely and I turned around and went home.
- 📞 Phone is always busy and my account got blocked, receptionist was rude when I tried to unblock it.
- 💸 Charged £30 for a scale and polish for my underage brother, even though he shouldn’t have been charged. Receptionists didn’t listen to my concerns.
