- 🔒 Locked in men’s toilets for 30 minutes with no alarm or help. Terrible experience.
- 😡 Terrible customer service from an older gentleman with a “not my problem” attitude when asked for help with the air pump.
- 😋 Love M&S food and being open 24 hours, but staff need better customer service training. Items are thrown into bags without care.
- ⛽️ One of the better petrol stations, lots of pumps and adequate parking. M&S lines available and three checkouts open.
