• 👎 Arrived for a Hollywood Wax but found the salon closed and had to wait 30 minutes for someone to arrive
• 👍 The lady at the massage parlour next door was helpful and tried to assist with the situation
• 🚩 Different waxing therapist than booked, which was a red flag
• 😖 Painful waxing experience with bleeding and incomplete hair removal
• ✋ Asked the therapist to go over it again, but she used tweezers and pulled at the skin instead of removing hair
• ⛔ Unhappy with service, requested a refund, and insisted on speaking to the manager.
