- 🙂 Really happy with the service of Borough Dental. They accepted the reviewer as a new NHS patient and had an appointment for them the next day. The dentist was kind, caring, and provided excellent service. Would definitely recommend.
- 🙂 Another reviewer has been seeing Dr Chinwe for a year and thinks she is very good. She is thorough, gentle, and recently did a tooth extraction on their 13-year-old who was anxious. The procedure was swift and pain-free. Highly recommended along with the rest of the team who are helpful and accommodating.
- 😐 However, one person’s appointment got canceled without them being contacted to arrange a new one. When they called back they were surprised to find out that they had been de-registered as an NHS patient due to missing an appointment years ago. This resulted in them having to pay significantly more as a private patient for their crown treatment which was already half-paid. They feel that the practice is dishonest in trying to make NHS patients switch to higher-paying private ones.
