About Boots Pharmacy
- 🧭 Tricky to find at first, but it’s located on the first floor of the Romford Shopping hall. Local shops may not be aware of its existence.
- ❤️ Small pharmacy with hardworking and polite staff. Great for one-off prescriptions, but queues during lunchtime might prompt you to choose another pharmacy for repeats.
- 😔 Disappointing news that this little Boots pharmacy is closing soon. Staff here are known to be kind and helpful.
- 💁♀️ Cashier was nice, sweet, and provided excellent service in giving out medication with respect.
- 🚶♂️ Long queues out the door, understaffed, and prescription not always ready despite being informed in advance by the nearby GP. Difficult to reach them via phone too.
- 🏢 The store is located on the ground floor of the brewery in Romford. Spacious with well-trained and knowledgeable staff at the rear pharmacy. However, locating items can be challenging due to possible rearrangements or infrequent visits.
- ⚕️ Customer service here is very poor according to one review where they didn’t receive a text notification for their repeat prescription pickup.
