- 👎 The pedicure was not satisfactory, as the cuticles weren’t removed properly and only two coats were applied, leaving it looking patchy.
- 🌟 The salon apologized for the previous experience and offered a 10% discount on the next pedicure.
- 💇♀️ One customer had a disappointing experience with a blow dry before a photo shoot, as it looked artificial and they ended up washing their hair afterwards to redo it themselves. Communication with the stylist was also difficult due to a language barrier.
