• 👍 Nish provides excellent service for eyebrows and eyelashes, delivering exactly what the customer wants in record time.
• 👎 One customer had a negative experience with their eyebrow tinting, receiving brown tint instead of black and having their skin dyed as well. They are dissatisfied and won’t return.
• 😕 Mixed opinions about other services. The salon is great for eyebrow threading at a low price of £5 but the same customer had a traumatizing experience with body waxing. The therapist rushed through the appointment, talked on her AirPods, and caused pain and bleeding due to overheated wax and over-waxing. Double dipping into the wax was also observed.
• 🌟 However, another loyal customer has been using Beauty’s & Balance Brow Salon for 7 years exclusively for their eyebrows and is always happy with the results.
