- 💇♀️ The first service, a toner for £25 (long hair), was reasonably priced and resulted in super awesome hair after applying a red toner.
- 💆♀️ The second service, a keratin treatment for £130 (long hair), took 3-4 hours. Although the hair remained slightly frizzy behind the neck after washing it 3 days later, Asha and her team were understanding and supportive when the issue was raised.
- 💆♀️ They explained that sleeping on satin pillowcases can cause sweaty heads and affect keratin treatments resulting in frizz. Without blaming anyone, they immediately booked another appointment to redo the treatment.
- 💇♀️ Two staff members worked on the customer’s hair for almost 3 hours without any questions asked to ensure her satisfaction.
- 💁♀️ Asha emphasized that their main goal is customer happiness with their services.
